THE ADVOCATE GENERAL 3 CMR,J & GTK,J W.P.No.10631 of 2026 The Court made the following: ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) At the time, when this writ petition for Habeas Corpus is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the corpus was arrested, in connection with crime that was registered against him, by the 4th respondent-Station House Officer of Yalamanchili Police Station and that the corpus and the petitioner are taking steps to seek legal remedy of moving the bail in the concerned Court and that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader also, on instructions, submits that the corpus was arrested in connection with the crime that was registered against him and he was remanded to judicial custody. 3. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition for Habeas Corpus is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the corpus and the petitioner are at liberty to move for bail before the concerned Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
