The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 2 “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 4 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Bastar, District Bastar (C.G.) to release / grant the arrears of revised pay scale in favour of the petitioner to the sum of Rs. 602353/- within a period of 15 days with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of entitlement till the actual payment. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 submits that the Respondent No. 4 has transferred the amount due to the petitioner in the account of the Respondents/State. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that he may be granted short time to seek further instructions with regard to the disbursement of the amount to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by the counsel for the Respondent No. 4, this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Respondents/State to disburse the within specified time frame. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 6. In view of the submissions made and further considering the submission of counsel for the Respondent No. 4 that, the amount claimed by the petitioner has already been transferred to the account of the Respondent No. 5, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the Respondent No. 5 to pass necessary orders on the claim of the petitioner of disbursing the amount so transferred by the Respondent No. 4 within a period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 3 7.
