Heard the learned advocates for the parties. 2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 20 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application challenging the judgment and order dated 27.09.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Osmanabad, in Petition No.E- 01/2019. 3. Vide the order dated 17.04.2025, this Court has stayed the impugned order subject to deposit of the outstanding amount at the rate of Rs.3000/- per month from the date of the application till that date. It was also directed that the applicant to continue to pay Rs.3000/- per month. 4. The learned advocate for the applicant states that the *2* 912appln653o25 applicant has deposited the amount. The applicant has produced the receipt of payment deposited by him. 5. However, the learned advocate for the respondent objects to the above statement and states that the applicant has not made further payment of maintenance. 6. In view of the above and subject to payment of regular maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month as directed by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2025, the delay is condoned. The Criminal Application is allowed accordingly. The Criminal Revision Application be registered. 7. In Criminal Revision Application, issue notice to the respondent. The learned advocate for the respondent waives service of notice. 8. If the order dated 17.04.2025 is complied with by the applicant, the Criminal Revision Application would be heard finally on 06.10.2026. 9. Stand over to 06.10.2026. kps ( SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J. )
