...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or orders or direction or writ more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the 3 rd respondent acts in issuance of the impugned letter vide Letter Ref.No.SCN/318379219/24, dated 01.07.2024, demanding orally to handover the original petitioner's passport by showing reason that registration of Crime No.205/2022, dated 12.08.2022 at Mandapeta Rural Police Station, Mandapeta, DR. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District and not passing any orders in CrI.M.P. No.Un-Numbered of 2026 in C.C. No. 734/2023, dated 06.06.2026 on the file of Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Alamuru, DR. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, is illegal, arbitrary and set-aside the impugned letter vide Letter Ref. No.SCN/318379219/24, dated 01.07.2024 and consequently (a) direct the respondents and their authorities not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner's passport bearing no. Y3870680 without following due process of law. (b) not to restrain the petitioner's travel without giving appropriate notices by following due process of law. (c ) direct the learned trial court to dispose the petitioner's petition in CrI.M.P.No. Un Numbered of 2026 in C.C. No. 734/2023, dated 06.06.2026 on the file of Court of the Judicial First-Class Magistrate at Alamuru, DR. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District.
