2. This instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice the petitioner prays for the following relief/reliefs:-
1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case of the petitioner from the possession of the Respondents. 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate order/direction and quash the impugned order dated
18.03.2021. 3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate order/direction and quash the charge-sheet along with the entire inquiry proceedings as being contrary to the principles of natural justice. 4. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances may also be granted to the petitioner.”
3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the trial of the present case has already been concluded against the petitioner, resulting in conviction. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 4.
In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.--
