The present Cr.M.P has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the chargesheet and consequential proceedings in the Criminal Case No. 9413/2019 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg in Crime No. 818/19, P.S.- Durg, Disrtict- Durg (C.G) under Sections 420 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending against the petitioner (ANNEXURE P/1) to secure the ends of justice. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deem fit, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties outside the Court on account of a compromise and the matter has thus become infructuous. 3 4.
