Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.253 of 2021 of Sattenapalli Town Police Station, Guntur District as “Mistake of Fact” vide C.No.207/Refer/SDPO-SPL-2026 dated 14.05.2026 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Copy of proceedings in C.No.207/Refer/SDPO-SPL-2026 dated 14.05.2026 issued by the competent Authority is made part of the record. 4.
