2. This Court has taken note of the representation which was submitted to the present incumbent Principal Secretary, BTC on 19.01.2026. The contents of the said representation is completely contrary to what order was passed by this Court on 10.01.2022 in WP(C)No.119/2022.
3. It is also the opinion of this Court that there was never any direction passed on 10.01.2022 in WP(C)No.119/2022 directing the respondent authorities therein and more particularly, the Principal Secretary to pay an amount of Rs.24,11,937/- to the petitioner within a period of 6(six) months.
4. Taking into account the above, the very representation which has been submitted on the basis of which the instant application is being filed is contrary to the order dated 10.01.2022 passed in WP(C)No.119/2022, the instant application cannot be allowed.
5. Accordingly, the instant application stands rejected.
6. Be that as it may, the petitioner shall be at liberty to submit a fresh representation seeking compliance to the order dated 10.01.2022 passed in WP(C)No.119/2022 before the present incumbent Principal Secretary.
7. Interlocutory application accordingly stands closed.
