However, as the matter pertains to eviction, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to proceed with the eviction for a period of eight (08) weeks. 2. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Endowment Tribunal, and the Endowment Tribunal is permitted to entertain the Original Application and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 3.
