ORAL ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the proceedings initiated by the respondent-Bank under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,
2002.
2. This Court, on 16.02.2022 passed the following:
"ORDER Interim order as prayed for till next date of hearing subject to petitioner paying 30% of the amount due to the respondent-Bank, as under: (i) 10% of the amount within two weeks, (ii) another 10% of the amount in the next two weeks; (iii) yet another 10% of the amount in the two weeks next following; failing which, not only the interim order stands rescinded on its own but Writ Petition become liable to be rejected and bank can take possession with police assistance."
3. None appears for the petitioner and there is nothing on record to show that the aforesaid order has been complied with by the petitioner.
4. Notwithstanding the same, since there is an alternative and efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the

Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy as permissible under law, writ petition is disposed of.
