The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.237/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of taking money on the pretext of providing job in the Railways. He further submits that the co-accused has been provided regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.11044 of 2025. He next submits that now a good sense has prevailed between the petitioner and informant and compromise has reached between them. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that compromise has reached between the petitioner and informant and in view of that, regular bail may be provided to the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that although the compromise petition is not annexed with this application, however in the order of the learned Court it has come that the compromise is there between the petitioner and informant. 6. Considering that the co-accused has been granted regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2025 and the compromise has reached between the petitioner and informant and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Bariyatu P.S.
