This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 08.12.2025, passed in I.A.No.366 of 2024 in O.S.No.476 of 2020 on the file of the learned I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chittoor. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition. 3. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
