Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner who is holding post of Assistant Teacher and was posted at Government Primary School Amgaon, Janpad Panchayat Shankargarh, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj is transferred to Govt. Primary School Baheratoli, Janpad Panchayat Kusmi, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj under rationalization policy. Aggrieved with his posting, petitioner has earlier submitted a representation/ appeal before the Divisional level committee as constituted under the rationalization policy, which was rejected and thereafter petitioner submitted an appeal/ representation before Respondent No. 2/ Director, Public Instructions on 09.10.2025, however, till date no decision has been taken. It is contended that the Director, Public Instructions is also the Chairman of the State Level Committee and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No.2 to take decision on the pending representation/ appeal of petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties and further considering nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation/ appeal of petitioner dated 09.10.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
