Opposite Parties Represented by Adv. - CORAM: THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR MOHAPATRA ORDER 20.03.2026 Order No. 02. I.A No.3799 of 2026 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. This is an application with a prayer for conversion of the present Writ Petition to CMP application. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners at the outset contended that by filing the present writ application the Petitioners seek to challenge order dated 10.11.2025 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, 2nd Court, Cuttack in C.S (F.D) Case No.11 of 2024. 4. On a careful examination of the impugned order as well as the pleadings in the writ application, this Court is of the view that the writ application should have been nomenclature as CMP application. Accordingly, the I.A is allowed. Page 2 of 2. 5. Office is directed to convert the present petition as CMP and list this matter before the appropriate assigned bench. ( A.K.
