The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal, dated 11.11.2025 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2. Aggrieved by the order of the 1st respondent dated 05.11.2025, the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid appeal dated 11.11.2025 before the 1st respondent. Since the same was not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 11.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal, dated 11.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 6.
