Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings in O.S.No.2721 of 2022 is pending before the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai. It is further submitted that the matter has been pending and therefore appropriate directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the case. 5.
