JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the request of the petitioner for regularization is not being considered by the respondents and as such, petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 2. Per contra, learned AGA submits if the petitioner submits representation requesting for regularisation along with relevant documents, respondents will consider the representation and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame. 3. Under these circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of the petition by issuing certain directions.
