(i) Approval to their services is given by the Education Officer. (ii) The seniority list is already prepared. It is kept with the Head Master of the School and copy is sent to Education Officer also. (iii) The petitioners have stated in para No.2 of their petition that, the payment of salary is received by them and there is no grievance about it. (iv) The petitioners are being paid their salaries regularly. The benefits attached to their post will be paid at the time of their retirement as per rules.
