JUSTICE SUNITHA GANDHAM WRIT PETITION NO: 18825 OF 2023 ORDER: Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.76 of 2023 of Disha UPS Police Station, Guntur and at the culmination of trial, petitioner is acquitted of the offences under Sections 498A, 506 and 376 r/w 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act vide judgment dated 11.08.2025 in S.C.No.586 of 2024 and requested to recorded the same and close the writ petition. 2. As seen from the photocopy of the judgment dated 11.08.2025 in Sessions Case No.586 of 2024 passed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge for trial of offences against Women, Guntur, petitioner is acquitted of the alleged offences. 3. Recorded the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In the result, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
