No. 393 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 ORDER This Writ Petition is filed to issue a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to render necessary police assistance to execute the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.1607/2024 dated 26.09.2024. 2. The petitioner had earlier sent a representation on 17.12.2025 to the first respondent seeking for police protection to take possession of the property as an Advocate Commissioner, on the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to his representation, now the possession of the property has been taken and adequate police protection was also extended. 4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed.
