ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.85 of 2019 in FCMC.No.36 of 2019 dated 02.02.2021, pending on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool, granting interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to the respondent herein, the present petition is filed. The learned counsel further submitted that the main case in M.C.No.36 of 2019 is already posted for orders and is posted to 29.10.2026.

Learned counsel for the respondent-wife also submitted the same.
3. Having considered the stage of the case and since the petition is filed challenging the interim order, this Court is of the considered view that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to proceed further so as to pass orders in accordance with law.
4. In the result, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
