CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4276 of 2024 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (Accused), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.157 of 2023 of Bapatla Rural Police Station, Bapatla District, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1-State furnished a copy written instructions of Inspector of Police, Bapatla Rural Police Station which shows that the case in FIR in Crime No. 157 of 2023 of Bapatla Rural Police Station, Bapatla District was referred as Civil in Nature vide C.No.127/SDPO-BPL/Refer/2024, dt.12.07.2024 and the final report was filed on 12.07.2024. 3.
Mr.G.Mallesh, learned counsel representing Mr. Thandava Yogesh, learned counsel for the petitioner did not oppose the same. 4. Copy of written instructions of Inspector of Police, Bapatla Rural Police Station, is made part of record. 4
