At the outset, learned AGA raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of the appeal by citing the decision of the Co-ordinate Bench in the case SRI.P.N. NARASIMHA MURTHY vs. REGIONAL TRANSPORT AUTHORITY AND ANOTHER passed in Writ Appeal No.912/2025, disposed of on 11.12.2025. 3. Learned AGA further submits that without going into the merits of the case, the State has filed a memo on 05.06.2026, wherein it was stated that the application of the appellants would be considered by the respondent No.2 – Authority. 4. Considering the said memo and on oral instructions, received by the learned AGA submits that the consideration would be within a period of eight weeks from today.
