ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.36768 of 2025 on 05.01.2026, wherein this Court passed the following order:

Considering the submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off…”

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Teja, learned counsel representing Mr.Shaik Mohammed Ismail, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 05.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36768 of 2025 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
