This criminal appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 419 (4) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, challenging the judgment and order dated 12.11.2025 passed by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Complaint Case No.536 of 2020, “Makkhan Singh Vs. Smt. Pushpa Devi”, whereby the learned Trial Court had acquitted the Respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the Appellant/Applicant prima facie a case is made out to allow the special leave to appeal. Therefore, special leave to appeal is allowed. 4. Admit. 5. Issue notice to the Respondent. Steps to be taken within a week. Counter affidavit to be filed within a period of three weeks. 6. List this matter on 23.03.2026.
