SHINDE, JJ. DATE : 21st SEPTEMBER, 2026 PER COURT : 1. Additional affidavit is tendered by the petitioner, same is taken on record. 2. Petitioner makes a grievance that her request for transfer in respect of couple convenience is not considered by the Respondents. In support of her case she placed reliance on decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5880 of 2019 and 13883 of 2019. Petitioner has also made a representation to Respondents No. 3 and 4 on 28.10.2025 to give transfer as per the policy of couple convenience, within 30 km. 3. The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of by directing Respondent No. 3 to consider representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2025 by 2026:BHC-AUG:43024-DB {2} 2-wp-15230-2025 taking into consideration the decision referred above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The Respondents shall also consider the availability of the vacancies, and if the vacancies exist in the periphery of 30 Kms., or nearby and shall also consider whether the petitioner can be accommodated in those places.
