Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.53 of 2025 of Vijayawada II Town Police Station, NTR Commissionerate District as “Civil in Nature” vide C.No.1024/C3/2025 dated 31.03.2025 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4.
