The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No.107 of 2025, for offence registered under section 274, 275, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the allegations are made that foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that from the house of petitioner, illicit foreign liquor has been recovered and petitioner is indulged in such illegal business of illicit foreign liquor. He submits in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that the said liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the allegations are made the petitioner used to supply the said liquor in the State of Bihar, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is hereby rejected.
