A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the request of the petitioner for grant of regular appointment on compassionate ground, instead of daily wage from initial date of appointment i.e. 2006, has been rejected. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since this Court had only directed the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner as per the judgment dated 23.06.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.8032 of 2021, titled, Vikas Kumar vs. State of H.P. and Others (along with connected matters), nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
