This matter was listed before the Court on 29.11.2019 and on that day, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took time. Again time was taken on 13.12.2019 and further on 23.07.2025 and on that day, by way of last indulgence, time was granted. 4. Today, on repeated calls, nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner which clearly suggest that the petitioner has lost the interest in the mater, and as such, this writ petition is, hereby, dismissed.
