Heard Sri Amit Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, Advocate for Respondents-2 to 5 and Ms. Ritika Tripathi, Advocate for Respondent-6. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was retired on 31.07.2021 from Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam (Rural) and thereafter respondents some amount on various occasions, however, it is not clear under which head said amounts were deposited, therefore, petitioner is not aware about his total dues and how the dues are paid. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam (Rural) fairly submits all necessary details will be provided within three weeks and respondents will take all endeavour to clear remaining dues, if any, within three weeks thereafter. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-LIC submits that claim towards Group Insurance has still not raised from Respondent- Department.
