Hmar, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, who has filed the instant application under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC r/w Section 151 Page No.# 3/3 CPC for substitution of the late petitioner, Rev. Romawia by the new President of Zofa Welfare Organization (ZWO) Rev. K. Darsailova. Issue notice. Mrs. Linda L. Fambawl, learned Addl. Advocate General for the State respondent and Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection with regards to the instant prayer made by the petitioner. In view of the above, we find it appropriate to allow the instant Interlocutory Application by allowing the substitution of Rev. Romawia by the new President of ZWO namely, Rev. K.
