After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, as the provisions under Section 87 of the Chhotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908, is available for correction by the Parliamentary Legislation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection. 4. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority under Section 87 of the Chhotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 . 5.
