It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that pursuant to the above direction of Court, sufficient correspondence has transpired with the Office of the alleged contemnor and the petitioner. 2. It is further submitted by the alleged contemnor that the petitioner has no document of title and no right, title, interest in the premises. 3. In view of the correspondence exchange by the alleged contemnor, CPAN 1954 of 2025 in WPA 6287 of 2024 stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in respect of any further grievance or 2 fresh cause of action they may have in accordance with law. 4.
