On the last date of hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant for which a bailable warrant had been issued for securing the presence of the appellant. However, as per the report, the Reserve Inspector, Commissionerate, Raipur (C.G.) has submitted an intimation along with the death certificate of the appellant stating that the appellant expired on 08.10.2017. 3. In view of the said report, and as no application has been filed by the legal representatives of the appellant seeking permission to prosecute the appeal, the present appeal stands abated and is accordingly disposed of. 4.
