JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 24/07/2026 By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents in initiating the recovery from her salary for the period during which she pursued her B.Ed internship. After having heard the case at some length, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the petitioner is permitted to [2026:RJ-JP:28637] (2 of 2) [CW-13034/2026] make a comprehensive representation against her grievances to the Competent Authority. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make comprehensive representation to the Competent Authority making out her grievances as raised in the present writ petition within a period of 15 days. In case, any such representation is preferred by the petitioner to the Competent Authority within a period of 15 days, the Competent Authority shall consider it and pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order dealing with the grievances of the petitioner. The respondent Authority shall not make any recovery for the payment made to the petitioner for the period she was undergoing B.Ed. internship, till disposal of the representation.
