Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/order/directions of appropriate nature and set aside the impugned order dated 18.09.2025 passed by Respondent no. 7 (Annexure P-1). 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/order/directions of appropriate nature and set aside the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-4). 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner & to decide the representations dated 24.09.2025 rationally. 10.4 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief including the cost of litigation as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and appropriate be provided to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that under rationalization policy of State Govt. petitioner while working on the post of Lecturer (LB) was posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bagodar, Block & District Kanker. She was transferred to Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Durgukondal, Block Durgukonda, District- North Bastar Kanker (C.G.). Aggrieved by which petitioner filed writ petition before this Court bearing WPS No. 6348 of 2025 which was disposed of on 26.06.2025 permitting petitioner to submit representation before the District / Divisional Committee constituted under the Rationalization Policy and 3 / 3 till decision on representation interim relief of status-quo was granted. He further submits that petitioner has submitted representation before Divisional Level Committee which came to be dismissed vide order dated 18.09.2025. Petitioner thereafter, has submitted representation before State Level Committee headed by Director Public Instructions as provided under the Rationalization Policy on 24.09.2025, however, till date no decision has been taken. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, if representation is still pending consideration before State Level Committee, it will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, further considering the fact that State Government has constituted District Level, Divisional Level and State Level Committee and petitioner has already submitted an appeal/representation against the decision of Divisional Level Committee before the State Level Committee headed by Director Public Instructions on 24.09.2025, which is stated to be pending till date, this writ petition at this stage, is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
