Having heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned Advocates for the Respondents and in view of the fact that the Petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in the charge sheet submitted by the CBI and as the Petitioner has appeared for the Re-NEET-UG examination, prima facie we find that no sufficient ground is made out by Respondent No.2 to withhold the result of the Petitioner. 2. As per the NEET-UG SCHEDULE 2026, 2nd round of counselling was to commence on 3rd September, 2026 and was to 2026:BHC-AUG:42324 {2} wp10705-26.doc be completed on 11th September, 2026 and the third round is to commence from 22nd September, 2026. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to direct the Respondents to declare result of the Petitioner of NEET (UG) 2026 within a period of 4 days from today. If the Petitioner is found otherwise eligible and entitled, she shall be permitted to participate in CAP round 3. 3. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. [ ABASAHEB D.
