This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 24.04.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3454/2024 (Bhairu Lal Jat Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.), whereby directions were given to the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submitted that in compliance of directions given by this Court on 24.04.2024, respondents have decided the representation filed by [2026:RJ-JP:11831] (2 of 2) [CCP-719/2024] the petitioner vide order dated 07.03.2025 and copy thereof has also been enclosed along with reply to the contempt petition as Annexure-R/1. 3.
