The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 registered under section 80 of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that chargesheet has been submitted only against husband and father-in-law of the deceased. She further submits that petitioner no.1 is sister-in-law and petitioner no.2 is brother-in-law of the deceased and investigation against these petitioners has been kept open. She further submits that petitioners are residing separately. She next submits that F.I.R has been registered under section 80 of BNS however chargesheet has been submitted under sections 108 and 3 (5) of BNS. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that if such a situation is there, the petitioners may move before the learned court for regular bail. 5. Considering that chargesheet has been submitted only against ( 2026:JHHC:3468 ) husband and father-in-law of the deceased, the petitioners are inlaws of the deceased and investigation against the petitioners are kept open and prima facie it appears that entire family members have been roped in this case and in that view of the matter, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioners on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
