Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Mr. Shivank Singh Panta, Advocate, submits that he is no longer representing the present employee and the case file has been taken back two years ago. In the connected matter i.e. CWP No. 1307 of 2018 alongwith COPCT No. 616 of 2020, decided on 26.08.2025, was initially heard together and Mr. Dev Raj, Advocate, represented Mr. Tek Chand-employee. 2. In such circumstances, since none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 12.11.2025 and the position remains the same today and keeping in view the fact that the services of the 2 2026:HHC:5871 petitioner-employee were terminated way back on 28.04.2015, the employee apparently has lost interest in the matter. 3.
