Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though the order rejecting representation was not received by petitioner, however, in view of submission made by learned counsel for respondent no. 3, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh proceedings challenging the order passed by respondent no. 3 in the claim of petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. 3.
