Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2025 of I Town UG Police Station, Kadapa District as “Mistake of Fact” vide C.No.405/REF/ ACP-MYM/2025 dated 22.12.2025 issued by the concerned authority. 3.
