The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 60/2023. 3. The daughter of the informant was alleged to have been enticed away by the petitioner. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the petitioner and the victim have solemnized marriage and a daughter has also been born to them. 5. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2026. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the submission advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner with respect to the marriage solemnized between the petitioner and the victim and the resultant birth of a child, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Bero P.S.
