The issue in question has already been decided by this Court in Writ-A No. 15461 of 2026, (Vaseem Ahamad and 220 others vs. State of U.P. and 3 others ), decided on 01.10.2026. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Vaseem Ahamad (supra).
