Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel. 2. CAN 1 of 2026 seeking restoration of MAT 192 of 2023 is taken up which was dismissed in default on 5th January, 2026. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has assigned certain reasons, which in our view, are sufficient and plausible. However, in view of the absence of the appellant in said MAT, we deem it proper to order restoration subject to payment of Rs.1000/- as costs which shall be deposited before the State Legal Services 2 Authority within 15 days. If receipt of payment of costs is filed in the Registry within 15 days, the Registry shall treat MAT 192 of 2023 as restored and list before the appropriate determination. 4.
