None appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hazaribagh Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155/2025. It has been alleged that a dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2025. It has further been submitted that one of the co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 11281 of 2025. Learned counsel submits that though a recovery has been shown from the possession of the petitioner but the same does not match with the looted articles. On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Muffasil P.S.
