A batch of Civil Writ Petitions under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing and setting aside of their respective impugned Refusal Orders passed by the Western Regional Committee and for directions to the respondents to conduct inspection of the petitioners' institutes and decide their applications for recognition for conversion/transition of the existing four-year integrated B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. courses to the ITEP course from the present academic session 2026–27. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents objects to the reliefs sought in the present petition. However, on a query being posed, he fairly submits that the objections raised by him were considered in W.P. (C) 4860/2026 and connected matters, and vide common order dated 29.05.2026, the petitions were allowed. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the impugned Refusal Orders issued by the Western Regional Committee on diverse dates are set aside.
