By way of this petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs : 10.1 The Hon’ble Court may be kind enough to issue appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to release the Pension, Gratuity, G.P.F., G.I.S., Leave Encashment and any other retiral benefits of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to also grant the benefit of 7th Pay Commission and Increment from Year 2014-2018 to the petitioner. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to also direct the respondent authorities to release the withheld salary of the petitioner from January, 2014 to July, 2014 as well as to release the salary of the petitioner for the period of suspension i.e. from January, 2016 to July, 2018. In the interest of Justice. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be given. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after the decision on the order of recovery. 3. Permission granted. 4.
