On oral instruction, Mr. L. C. N. Shahdeo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent - Ranchi Municipal Corporation, Ranchi, has submitted that the order dated 21.02.2025 (Annexure-5) passed in U.C. 72 of 2024, has already been withdrawn. 3. Thus, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 4. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is, hereby, disposed of. 5. However, the parties are at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law. 6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
